FUNKO POP NEWT SCAMANDER REVIEW (SDCC 2016 Exclusive)

This Newt Scamander Funko Pop! was released as a 2016 San-Diego Comic Convention (SDCC) Exclusive. For non-attendees like myself, there were several other places to get our hands on this lovely collectible (NOTE: but with a different sticker - the 2016 Summer Convention Exclusive sticker). Within the US, this was sold at Barnes and Noble. Outside of the US, there were several places such as Popcultcha and Forbidden Planet that sold them online and offered worldwide shipping services at affordable prices.

This is the first ever Newt Pop! to be released and features him in his signature blue coat and Hufflepuff scarf. He is holding onto his briefcase and a wand. The regular version would feature Newt holding a silver egg (instead of his briefcase) and a similar outfit but without his scarf. As a huge fan of the Harry Potter fandom, I knew I had to get this (even though the movie wasn't out yet when this Pop! was released)!
